Lead time depends on destination, stock and whether customisation is involved. Before confirming shipment we share the clearest estimate we can give based on the order.

We work with a clear reference by destination: Canary Islands 9 EUR, mainland Spain and Balearic Islands 14 EUR, Portugal 20 EUR and the rest of Europe 22 EUR. If the order changes in weight, volume or customisation, we confirm the final amount before closing the purchase.

Yes. Once the order is on its way, we share the tracking information needed to follow it and solve any issue more quickly. Customs duties and taxes outside the islands are paid by the customer.
