Question 1

How long does my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on destination, stock and whether customisation is involved. Before confirming shipment we share the clearest estimate we can give based on the order.

Question 2

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

We work with a clear reference by destination: Canary Islands 9 EUR, mainland Spain and Balearic Islands 14 EUR, Portugal 20 EUR and the rest of Europe 22 EUR. If the order changes in weight, volume or customisation, we confirm the final amount before closing the purchase.

Question 3

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the order is on its way, we share the tracking information needed to follow it and solve any issue more quickly. Customs duties and taxes outside the islands are paid by the customer.

Question 4

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

If there is an issue with sizing, the product or delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the case with you and propose the clearest solution available.

Question 5

How do I change a size?

Accepted Answer

Write to us with your order number and the size you need. If the garment allows an exchange, we will explain the steps in the simplest possible way.

Question 6

Do you offer garment customisation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can review customisation for company, team or event orders. The more detail you share, the better we can guide the proposal.

Question 7

Do you offer company pricing?

Accepted Answer

We handle orders for companies and groups. If you need multiple units, tell us what you need and we will prepare a more suitable proposal.

Question 8

Do the products include warranty?

Accepted Answer

We work with selected product lines and, if you detect a manufacturing issue, we review it with you and manage the incident in an orderly way.
